In-stock Items:

Please contact Customer Care by calling Hotline: 3170 9339 as soon as possible to arrange the pick-up of your return package within Times Logistics service area at no charge to you.

If you return it by mail, we will give you total of $30 store credit per order. Please ship your return item(s) to:

  • Our return address is not a retail location, all returns must be shipped. No drop-offs please.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Should there be a difference in value on your exchange, either a credit or charge of the difference will be issued to the original form of payment used on the original purchase.
  • In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
